1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Matan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
Matan is a SaaS platform that enables print shop owners to create branded online storefronts. The service is operated by Rakiz, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed via Thawani Pay in Omani Rial (OMR). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform are owned by Rakiz. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via your registered email address.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
